Mon & Wed 1:00 – 2:00

Fridays Volleyball 1:00 – 2:00

 

Evening S.A.I.L. class:

Monday and Thursday 5:30 – 6:30
 
No charge for the classes – open to public. Come and join us for fun and easy activities. Non-members and members (must have doctors permission)
